Norch Machinery Technology (KUNSHAN) Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and total solution of the rapid heating cycle molding (RHCM) system. The core products are multi-point controlled rapid heating cycle molding (MCRM) system and ultra-high temperature RHCM system (URHCM). It is characterized by accurate temperature control, rapid temperature rise and fall, safety and reliability. The MCRM system uses high-temperature steam and water as the heating and cooling medium, which can divide the mold into 20 blocks at most for independent temperature control, and can achieve high-precision constant temperature control (± 0.5 ℃) for steam heating, which has been promoted and applied in many industries not limited to injection molding; MCRM series has a number of standard models, including 2 temperature zone super flow type, 8 temperature zone built-in steam generator type, 10 temperature zone, 20 temperature zone, etc. It can be used for silica gel molding, steam constant temperature heating and other scenarios in addition to realizing conventional injection molding RHCM.
