Norch Machinery Technology (KUNSHAN) Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and total solution of the rapid heating cycle molding (RHCM) system. The core products are multi-point controlled rapid heating cycle molding (MCRM) system and ultra-high temperature RHCM system (URHCM). It is characterized by accurate temperature control, rapid temperature rise and fall, safety and reliability.
MCRM系統(tǒng)采用高溫蒸汽和水為加熱冷卻介質(zhì),可將模具最多分為20個(gè)區(qū)域獨(dú)立溫控,并可實(shí)現(xiàn)蒸汽加熱高精度恒溫控制(±0.5℃),在不局限于注塑模具的較多領(lǐng)域獲得了推廣和應(yīng)用;
MCRM系列有2溫區(qū)超大流量型、8溫區(qū)內(nèi)置蒸汽發(fā)生器型、10溫區(qū)、20溫區(qū)等多個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型號(hào),除了實(shí)現(xiàn)常規(guī)的注塑模具急冷急熱溫控外,還可應(yīng)用于硅膠成型、蒸汽恒溫加熱等場(chǎng)景。
The MCRM system uses high-temperature steam and water as the heating and cooling medium, which can divide the mold into 20 blocks at most for independent temperature control, and can achieve high-precision constant temperature control (± 0.5 ℃) for steam heating, which has been promoted and applied in many industries not limited to injection molding;
MCRM series has a number of standard models, including 2 temperature zone super flow type, 8 temperature zone built-in steam generator type, 10 temperature zone, 20 temperature zone, etc. It can be used for silica gel molding, steam constant temperature heating and other scenarios in addition to realizing conventional injection molding RHCM.
MCRM-08B應(yīng)用于硅膠成型,實(shí)現(xiàn)140℃恒溫并急冷急熱溫控。

URHCM系統(tǒng)采用導(dǎo)熱油為加熱冷卻介質(zhì),可實(shí)現(xiàn)最高280℃模具溫度的急冷急熱,并具備較快的升降溫速率和較高的溫控精度,可完全依照客戶工藝需求進(jìn)行定制化系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā),成功應(yīng)用于高溫急冷急熱注塑和復(fù)合板材熱壓成型等工藝。
URHCM為諾馳新開(kāi)發(fā)的機(jī)型,近期實(shí)現(xiàn)量產(chǎn)并交付客戶使用。
The URHCM system uses heat transfer oil as the heating and cooling medium, which can realize the RHCM cycle with a maximum mold temperature of 280 ℃, and has a fast temperature rise and fall rate and high temperature control accuracy. It can completely develop customized systems according to customer process requirements, and has been successfully applied to high-temperature RHCM injection molding and composite plate hot pressing molding processes.
URHCM is a new model developed by Nuochi. Recently, it has been mass produced and delivered to customers.
